We will send you a return form by email. Complete the form and include it with the product to be returned.

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we have received and inspected the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
